[Desktop_printing] Trying out sample implementation of japanese OpenPrinting efforts

Here is an additional patch to fix the Adobe compliance of the PPD
files. Needed for all recent CUPS versions.

Apply it right after applying the first patch using the following command:

patch -p1 < ../openprinting-jp-0.1.3-ppd.patch
