[Desktop_printing] Location/date for October Printing Summit needs to be fixed, so that attendees can get visa in time

Hi Till,

The week of 23-27 October is already structured in the
joint PWG/P2600 calendar as follows:

Mon-Tue 23-24 October
- IEEE P2600 - printing security

Wed 25 October
- TCG (members only) - hardware security for printing

Thu-Fri 26-27 October
- PWG 

I suggest that the Printing Summit share the Joint
Plenary with the PWG and P2600 on Thursday morning
(and early afternoon, if necessary).

I suggest that the Printing Summit be scheduled for
three or MORE days, perhaps to start on the Tuesday
and continue through Friday morning (parallel to PWG
project sessions on later Thursday and Friday).
