From airport to hotel:

*	Hotel direction: 32.0 mi NE
*	Driving directions: Take I-85 North to Exit 104/Pleasant Hill
Road. Turn right and go .5 mile. Hotel is on the right.
*	Estimated taxi fare: 70 USD (one way)

Shuttle is $30 one way, see
http://groups.osdl.org/workgroups/dtl/desktop_architects/desktop_printin
g/printing_agenda.txt

There's a Hertz rental car booth in the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel for $9.95/day. (Not included
in the room rate)

Breakfast and dinner coupon is given out by hotel upon check-in, and it
is served in Grapevine Restaurant in the hotel. Grapevine is closed for
dinner during weekends, and the dinner coupon can be use at JW's
steakhouse instead (selected menu items), also located in the hotel.

I have checked in the hotel with no problem, they have my name and
they're aware that a large group of people is coming for Lanier.

The hotel does not know anything about the Printing Summit, as the hotel
reservation is made with a Lanier special group rate, they'll probably
ask you "Are you with Lanier". Answering yes will do the trick. (You
don't need a Lanier ID)

Most restaurants close at 10pm. If you are arriving late and want to
have a bite, TGI Fridays is open and it's just opposite to Marriott.

All,

I just talked to Karen Jordan at the Marriott. We have decided to have
Karen send out a confirmation letter to everybody with a room. (email)
That way you can print it and present it, as well as having the peace of
mind of having your confirmation in print.....

I hope that meets your needs?

They haven't heard of me either.

I'm flying in on Saturday. The person on the phone said to call and ask
for "sales" as they do group bookings (but are closed at this hour).
