Oi,

below is the final release of the agenda of the Printing Summit 2006 in
Atlanta and important logistics information, resulting from the 4th
preparation telecon for the Printing Summit. It will be printed into the
handout paper distributed to the participants on Sunday evening/Monday
morning. The handout paper is sent to the print shop tomorrow night
(US), so please submit your slides.

IMPORTANT INFO
==============

- There is a shuttle to get from Atlanta airport to the hotel and back.
Head for "AAA Airport Express" and take the Duluth line, your
destination is the Marriott hotel. It costs 30$ per person.

  Home page: http://www.aaaairportexpress.com/
  Schedules Duluth line: http://161.58.70.129/duluth.htm

- To get from the Marriott hotel to the Lanier center and back there is
a shuttle departing every day at 7:30am at the hotel and at 6:10pm at
the Lanier center. If there are too many people to fit into the
shuttle, it will go forth and back several times to transport everyone
(only 2 miles to Lanier). The Shuttle is free of charge (included in
Marriott special rate for the room).

- Some of you will perhaps rent a car for the whole stay (not really
needed). It would be nice if you could pick up some people from the
hotel and/or the Lanier center then. Perhaps one could meet at 8:20am
in the lobby of the hotel for car sharing. Uli Wehner will come with
his own car and can pick up 6 persons at the hotel.

- DO NOT try to walk the 2 miles between the hotel and the Lanier
center. It is a street with maximum speed of 85 MILES/H (140 KM/H) and
there are no sidewalks, especially it goes over a bridge without
sidewalks. And there are no aids to cross the street, as traffic
  lights or pedestrian bridges/tunnels.

- The Lanier center is open from 8am to 6pm, every part of the event
after 6pm takes palce in the Marriott hotel.

- Lunch is everyday at 12pm in the Lanier center, Monday boxed lunch in
the plenary conference room, Tuesday and Wednesday buffet in the
  cafeteria.

- Dinner is every day at 6:30pm in the hotel. For everyone who has a
room with our special rate at Marriott, this dinner is free of charge
  (included in room rate).

- Slides which did not make it into the handout papers due to the
deadline of tomorrow evening should still be submitted to get onto the
Printing Summit web site. If you like, these slides (or any other
handout you like to distribute)can also be printed at the Lanier
  center.

- At Lanier center there are three conference rooms which are next to
each other (for easy switching between parallel sessions):

o Plenary room: No tables, windows, fits all of us
o Paper prototyping room: Tables, windows
o Breakout sessions 2nd room: Tables, no windows

- For all call-in sessions during the event the same conference call hub
as for the preparation phone meetings is used. Here is the access
  info:

     Toll free number: +1-800-211-0633
     Toll number: +1-719-867-0485
     Participant code: 942698

- Please bring adapter plugs for US power outlets for your laptop,
chargers, and other electric devices. Note also that the voltage is
  110 volts.
