As John Cherry pointed out on this mailing list, on Wed, 22 Mar, Ide and
Mihara won't be able to attend the meeting physically, and will call in from
Kyoto during the FSG OP evening session of 2nd day as described beow.
They might be able to do a mid night call in during the above slot if we can
use the conference call facility, however I have to confirm it with them...
