I'm surprised to see our 5 year old KDE GUI frontend to configure+edit
cupsd.conf work *almost* without any additional tweaks when cupsd-1.2
is running from the "make test" target. The only things to do are:

 * tell it that IPP_PORT is 8631, and
 * tell it that ServerRoot is located in /tmp/cups-$USER/

However, a few things do not work, due to the test script folding
the usual directory structure into a more flat setup.

I suspect that all this will start to work if I modify the script
to create a mirror structure of the subdirectories with a better
fidelity to the real thing (underneath the temporary ServerRoot).

I'll check this tomorrow evening; I hope you'll accept a patch if
it works (it should then also make ESP Print Pro printer manager
configuration wizard work for the test runs :)

Cheers,
Kurt
