Ira, thanks for listing these problems on the site/agenda/etc. Some of
these have been addressed, and some we need to bottom out on this week.

Request is submitted. Should be listed soon. I don't have write access
to the main corporate page, so I can't make the changes myself.

Good catch. The event is listed on this page now.

The printing summit was hatched at the desktop architects meeting, so it
has been listed under Desktop Architects events. Your point is well
taken and is now also listed on the Desktop Linux page.

The agenda is now listed on the OSDL Printing Summit page and easily
accessible for anyone.

Agreed. This document was a pain to develop and a pain to keep up and
it is far too large to download nicely. The intent of this document is
to provide a formal invitation document for those attendees that need it
for management approval or even foreign travel approvals. The content
of this document now lives on the OSDL Printing Summit page.

Live links are now on the OSDL Printing Summit page.

Now it is.

This is the item we need to finalize this week. Can the Lanier folks
comment on how we should register with the Marriott Atlanta GP? Can we
supply the Marriott with the list of 25+ registrants and then let folks
make their lodging arrangements directly with the Marriott with a
special code or something?

I have copied Kathy Eriksen on this email. She will be helping with
lodging logistics once we determine the best way to get our hotel
reservations.

The preparation template is just that...at template. If there are parts
of the template that cannot be filled in because of some company policy,
leave those parts blank. However, this preparation information will be
very valuable in determining a common vision for open source printing.
Please disclose what you CAN in the template.

See comments above. The agenda and links are not on the OSDL Desktop
Printing page and the Inkscape document can just be used for these
needing some kind of approval for the event.

I agree with all the comments on the quality of this PDF and I'll look
into fixing this or we'll just use a different tool.

Cheers,
John
