This would be a good idea. So, John, Waldo, whoever has the PPD with
Inkscape, can you check the option settings for the PPD generation? And
if no better results is possible with the current version of Inkscape,
please report a bug to the Inkscape project.

Are Inkscape people invited/on the list? If not, who has contacts, we
should invite them, as Inkscape is an important document-producing app.
