Ira, this is a separate issue - mapping SNMP OIDs to PPD keywords -
which is *not* addressed by the Port Monitor MIB (which is just
concerned with connecting to the device and driver selection)

IOW, without the PPD extensions the user needs to manually setup
the installed options on the printer.
