[Printing-architecture] Glen's additional slides on GSoC

I am going to add some boiler plates slide on the GSoC, the process,
etc. to the PWG/OpenPrinting presentation.   I believe that PWG has an
increased interest in getting their stuff prototyped, coded or
implemented, and the GSoC offers one avenue for doing that.  Thus, the
additional slides provide some of the background information on the
GSoC.   I will present only one or two slides of the slides I am adding,
but having them in the slide-pack may get individual PWG members and/or
the PWG SC to consider the GSoC.   I could even envision the PWG
creating a working group to just do prototyping and, as such, could
handle the overhead of having a GSoC student or two.  (Actually, if PWG
were to create a prototyping working group, they could even request
prototype funds or man-power from member companies to do the coding!  I
submit they should put it up for a vote by member companies!)
