[Openais] facing issues with the master-slave configuration MYSQL

This may be too low. When number of failures reaches this
threshold, the node won't run the resource anymore.

This also seems to be way too short.

The configuration looks ok. You should look for ERRORs in the
log, logged by mysql. Sorry, not an expert on mysql.
