Thanks.  

Do the comments in the file /etc/ha.d/README.conf file still apply?  That is, do I still need an ha.cf, haresources, and authkeys file in /usr/ha.d to make "heartbeat" happy?  If so, I don't find samples of the ha.cf and haresources files in the documentation directories of /usr/share/doc/pacemaker, /usr/share/doc/resource-agents, or /usr/share/doc/glue
