[Openais] openais with >1 ring?

Didn't know about openais-cfgtool until Steve mentioned it.
Though, unfortunately it doesn't work:

[0]s390vm13:crm > openais-cfgtool -r
Re-enabling all failed rings.
Could not reenable ring error 9
