[Openais] Openais on IPv6

Hi Steve,

It was a configuration problem. Thanks to Fabio. He helped me with
proper interface/openais configuration and with that I am able to bring
up openais on IPv6 interface. Copying the configuration details below
for future reference for anybody who wants to run openais on IPv6.
