The error report mechanisms used by EDAC and GHES drivers are incompatible:
when one is enabled, the other one should be disabled, as otherwise, unpredictable
results happen.

A discussion is needed in order to address those conflicts, with will probably
require some sort of locking between APEI, MCE and EDAC, and an special EDAC
driver that will disable the hardware drivers, in favor of a firmware-based
generic one that will just report whatever APEI/GHES detects.
