Is the email->bugzilla gateway actually working?  Every time I try it,
it fails.  But maybe I'm doing it wrong: I've been assuming all that's
needed is bugzilla-daemon at bugzilla.kernel.org in the CC: list and a
subject containing, e.g., "[Bug 43192]".

It always fails with "The recipient server did not accept our requests
to connect ... [(0) bugzilla.kernel.org. [198.145.19.204]:25: No route
to host]"
