ARM minisummit proposal for ksummit2011

Linux ARM maintainership is undergoing great change right now. The
arm-soc maintainers tree was created earlier this year as a collection
point for all arm board support, and there is a large amount of
consolidation work to reduce driver duplication and create shared
infrastructure instead of each sub-arch creating its own. Getting the
ARM SoC maintainers together 6 months after the creation of the
arm-soc seems to be about the right time to meet face to face again.

Possible agenda items:
- arm-soc tree; how's it going, process improvement
- areas needing consolidation focus
- device tree transition
- bringing in Android board support
