Patch for HT40 problem with rtl8192ce

The changes in driver rtl8192ce that were involved in merging driver rtl8192cu
introduced some errors that prevent the usage of rtl8192ce on 270 (HT40) Mbps
802.11n networks. There is no problem with 802.11g for 130 Mbps 802.11n
networks.

A patch is available.
