Description:
Default kernel driver seems to run 32 bit Delkin pcmcia CF card reader as 16
bit. hdparm -t /device has output of 1.81 mbps with 266x Kingston CF card
inserted into reader. If card is placed in 16 bit pcmcia CF reader, the results
are the same.

hdparm commands to change to 32 bit fail with "failed to set for device"
Efforts to enable DMA give similar results. "Failed to set ioctl for device"

'Pccardclt info' lists card as 32 bit so part of OS is identifying hardware
correctly.

Card runs 20 mbps (sustained) with same hardware in same computer under non
Linux OS (Windows XP).
