Summary: "dvb-usb: bulk message failed" flood
           Product: v4l-dvb
           Version: unspecified
     KernelVersion: 2.6.28
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
              Tree: Mainline
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: dvb-frontend
        AssignedTo: v4l-dvb_dvb-frontend at kernel-bugs.osdl.org
        ReportedBy: dennis.jansen at web.de

Distribution: Ubuntu 8.10
Hardware Environment: Acer Extensa 5220
Software Environment: N/A / Kernel
Problem Description:
My dvb usb stick (yakumo) produces endless log messages (more than 3 per
second) after resume:

[80325.730033] dvb-usb: bulk message failed: -22 (1/0)
[80326.030022] dvb-usb: bulk message failed: -22 (1/-30720)

until I reinsert the module (dvb-usb-dtt200u).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert USB-Stick.
2. S3.
3. Resume.

Also reported here (by someone else with apparently the same problem)
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/93695

If necessary, repeat no. 2+3 as often/long as necessary.

I think this is a regression within the last few kernel releases (somewhere
after 2.6.24)? If that helps, I can try to check what kernel works. But please
don't immediately ask for a bisection now.
