Problem Description:
usb-storage doesn't respond at all to compactflash reader. Green light for CF
card is not turned on when a card is inserted. No messages are generated. Works
in 2.5.62 (for reading - writing has its own bug report)
Steps to reproduce: plug in CompactFlash reader, insert a card.
There are no error messages.
