[Accessibility-ia2] next changes to IAccessible2

Hey Pete,

Besides my comment to Silvia, I have a few other quick comments:

    * Regarding the explicit name
      <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Accessibility/IA2_1.3#Explicit_name>
      idea, what about a simple property indicating whether the name was
      explicitly set vs. derived automatically? That's closer to
      Jamie's proposal
      <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=637578>,but is
      somewhat more general.
    * Regarding the support registry API
      <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Accessibility/IA2_1.3#Registry_API>, I
      didn't see much discussion (beyond David's e-mail a year ago
      <https://lists.linux-foundation.org/pipermail/accessibility-ia2/2010-June/001186.html>),
      for why this is needed and what it would do. Shouldn't we have a
      collection of clear user cases first?

Regards,

Peter
