[Openais] first time install of corosync, openais and pacemaker on ubuntu 9.04

Unless you plan on using the dlm and/or ocfs2... I'd simplify your
life and just remove the openais related packages for now.

You can still follow the instructions from:
   http://clusterlabs.org/doc/en-US/Pacemaker/1.0/html/Pacemaker_Explained/s-install-enable.html#s-install-enable-ais

But just substitute the corosync.conf file whenever openais.conf is mentioned.
