[Openais] Openais 1.0 (Wilson) Plans

Find attached the current short-term plans to achieve a release of
openais 1.0 (codenamed wilson).

The major features are stability, backwards compatibility for openais,
and new service engines to support more features of the SA Forum
specifications.
