[Openais] foreground lauch

Fabien,

I suggest making the calls lowercase (aisexec -f instead of aisexec -F).
Also there is a coding style issue 

if ( prio ) should be if (prio) etc

Other then that it looks good for commit once those two issues are
resolved.  Also keep Hans's response in mind as well.
