small scale organisation involved with antiques, sculptural works, crafts,
batiks, traditional costumes, etc. We supply to clients in different parts of
the world as well as to clients in the United States and Canada. Presently, we
need agents in North America who will work for us on part-time basis without
affecting or necessarily having to quit their present employment. </span></p>

high increases in demand for our goods in </span>

region, we now need to be supplying </span>

<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Verdana">on a weekly
basis to clients in </span>

But a major problem for us is that some of our clients find it more convenient
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Verdana">and prefer </span>
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Verdana">to make
payments for our supplies through payment instruments which are not readily
cashable outside North America. </span></p>

us to maximise profit from this recent increase in demand</span><span
style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Verdana">,</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Verdana">
and also not to </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Verdana">
discourage or lose</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Verdana">
majority of these clients, it has become necessary for us to have people based
in the US and Canada to work as our agent and assist us in processing payments
from these clients. And we have found it expedient to recruit agents through
this means and medium.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Verdana">The role of
the agent will mainly be to cash the payments issued by </span>
<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Verdana">this category of</span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 11.0pt;
font-family: Verdana">
clients and remit monies to the UK through means convenient for us. The payments
will be issued in the name of the agent with our approval. We will pay a
commission of 7.5% for each payment cleared and a weekly salary can be agreed
upon after 3 months trial period. Payment transactions to be handled by an agent
could be more than US$20,000 per week.</span></p>
