<br />meeting will be the selection of an executive for the Open A11y
<br />Workgroup -- issues to be discussed in relation to the selection of
<br />a new executive include:

<br />1. what constitutes membership in Open A11y?
<br />
<br />2. what constitutes "good standing" for Open A11y members?
<br />
<br />3. who is eligible to stand for office?
<br />
<br />4. timeline for elections (nominations)
<br />
<br />5. if the current Open A11y Executives do not face a challange, can they
<br /> be reappointed for another 2-year term by acclamation?
<br />
