Well, not yet. I suspect it's more probably a specification at this<br>
point? Of course, it's going to become an Open A11y standard, right? As<br>
soon as the IA2 group forwards it as finished, Gregory can put our html<br>
wrapper around the files and the main Open A11y Wg can vote to forward<br>
it to the LF Board. Their vote makes it an Open A11y / LF standard. It's<br>
then our call whether to move it on to ISO--again, our option.<br>
