aloha, all -- apologies for not getting this out before today's handlers
teleconference; just a few questions about the Expert Handlers SIG web 
space:

1. are people satisfied with the hyperlink text?  suggestions and
   criticism welcome

2. do you want unpopulated pages un-linked?

     * for example, draft specifications leads to a naked directory, 
       containing only 3 folders:

             atspi/
             ia2/
             kbd/

    * Handlers FAQ (unpopulated page)

3. Expert Handlers SIG Email currently points to

   * would you like to point it to the list archives or
